Hands Free Delivery Service

The top-class security and safety of same day delivery service is available at Okinawa Yamato Transport Counter.

The items need to be less than 160 liner cm in combined length, width and height.

It also should be within 25kg in weight. 　There are 80 hotels available for this service in main island of Okinawa.

The cost of same day delivery service is 1,000 yen one way.  Please ask staff for more details.

【From Naha Airport to your hotel】

Please drop off your baggage before 13:00.

Baggage will be delivered your hotel by 18:00 same day.

【From your hotel to Naha Airport】

Please ask a hotel porter for same day delivery service to Naha Airport.

Please make sure drop off time at your hotel as it is usually around 10:00-11:00.

You can pick up your baggage at 16:00 at Okinawa Yamato Transport Counter in Naha Airport.

At the “Before U Go” counter, you can receive and receive the baggage “same-day delivery” service between the airport and the hotel! No slip entry / measurement required, simple smartphone application.

Please leave your luggage at the airport counter “Before U Go” by 3:30 p.m.

After arriving at Naha Airport, enjoy sightseeing in Okinawa empty-handed until your return departure!
